Renew your CII membership online
Log in to renew online quickly and easily
You have been directed to this web page because you are a CII or PFS member and you have received a letter about your membership being due for renewal.
Please enter a combination of either your registered email address or PIN and your password in the login box in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Your subscription renewal details are displayed at the bottom of this page. See below for additional guidance on logging in.
Your renewal fee
Your subscription will be renewed as per the fee advised on your renewal notice.
Please note there is an additional £3 included in the UK fee if you are an Insurance Institute of London (IIL) member.
If you have any queries regarding this fee, please do not proceed with your membership renewal online and please contact Customer Service.

If you have previously logged into the CII or PFS sites and have chosen a password which you no longer remember, click on the 'Forgotten password' button below where you can submit your registered email address.
We will send an email to this address. Please click on the link within this email and follow the instructions to reset your password. You can then log in using your email and new password and return to this page www.cii.co.uk/renew to view your renewal status.

You will need to create a password to continue with your renewal.
To create a password, click on the 'Create password' button below. You will then be taken to a form to fill in your PIN, surname and date of birth.
On completing this, you will be taken to a further form enabling you to amend your details. Please enter a password where prompted in this form and click 'continue'.
When you next login to the site, you should do so using your new password and email address and then return to this page www.cii.co.uk/renew to view your renewal status.
